Go to Contacts tap settings and scroll it to the Backups section. There you have Export contacts which will export account you want to scv file. Then if you want to import it to your computer use Start file server option and start the server. Then type the displayed URL on your computer web browser and download the CSV file.
To import vcf you can use same server to upload the file to the application. But to upload it you must use certain naming convention. Zip your vcf file to zip archive named Backup_VCARD.Zip and upload it to the app!Ovation using same server option for exporting CSV file and downloading g it to a computer. This time on the web page use upload option. When you are done stop the server and use Manage backup options in settings in Backups section to import contacts.
Hi,
I have the latest ContactsTap app installed on two devices with iOS12.1 and it works like a charm on them. If it does not work for you can you provide more details like what ContactsTap release you are using and which iOS you have (along with device type you are using). Then send more info describing what is not working for you.
