Contacts
Add New Contact
To add a new contact, tap the + button in the top right corner to start adding data for the new contact. If you copied any contact before the application will ask you if you want to use that copied contacts data for this new contact. When the new contact data screen is presented you can start adding / changing data (First and Last Name, Prefix, Phonetic First and Last Name, Middle Name, Suffix, Photo, Company, Mobile phone, Email, Website, Address, Nickname, Job Title, Department, Instant Message, Birthday, Date/Anniversary, Related People and Notes).
You can add multiple addresses, emails, websites, etc.
Tap “Done” button in the top right corner to save the newly added information.
Tap “Cancel” button in the top left corner to return to the contact details without saving the changes.
When new contact is saved (Done button is used to save contacts data) and if we are currently in any of the groups application will ask you if you want to add this newly created contact to the current group. If you choose yes new contact will alo be addd to the current group. New contacts are created to the account which is currently in use.
Edit Contact Information
If you want to add/delete/change information for any saved contact, go to the contacts list and tap the contact that you wish to edit. A new window will open – the so-called Action Menu. Tap on “Details” to view saved information.
Tap “Edit” button in the top right corner, and change the information.
Tap “Done” button in the top right corner to save the newly added information.
Tap “Cancel” button in the top left corner to return to the contact details without saving the changes.
Search Contacts
In the main contacts lists, the Search box occupies the top part of the contacts list. To begin Search, tap on the empty box. A new menu bar and a keyboard will pop up. In the menu bar below the Search box, you can specify the scope of your search, i.e. whether you want ContactsTap to search “Names”, “Companies”, “Custom” or “All” parameters. As for “Custom” option, you can specify the fields to be included in the Custom search in Settings (see explanation in Settings below).
If you use application settings and set to use last used search scope, you will always have last used search scope activated when you enter to search mode.
Delete Contact
There are several ways to delete a contact.
In the contacts list, swipe across the contact that you wish to delete. A new red button “Delete” will appear. Tap on that button to delete the contact.
If you change your mind, just tap anywhere on the contacts list, and the “Delete” button will disappear.
You can also delete a contact from the Action Menu or Contact Details window (these are explained below).
You can tap and hold contact in the list of contacts and after a while popup window will appear with options where you can choose Delete (also Cut / Copy and Past option will be shown).
NOTE: Once deleted, the contact cannot be restored, and needs to be re-added as a new contact.
Copy / Cut / Paste Contact
You can tap and hold contact in the list of contacts and after a while popup window will appear with options Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete). Cut option means when you do a paste data from contact on which we used Cut will be used in paste operation and after its done original copied contact will be removed. Copy option does the same except the original contact is not removed. Paste option will use data from copied contact (when we used Cut or Copy on it).
Merge / Replace Contacts
You can tap and hold contact in the list of contacts and after a while popup window will appear with options Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete). Paste option will be there only if you used Cut or Copy before so you have something to Paste from clipboard. If you used Cut or Copy then if you do a long tap on any other contact (even on different account) paste option will be shown in the context menu. Select Paste option and now new menu will appear which will ask you if you want to Merge or Replace selected contact with copied one.
NOTE: Once deleted, the contact cannot be restored, and needs to be re-added as a new contact.

How do I list by post code.
When I am in an area doing business, I would like to list all my contacts and company names in that area. For example if I am in Aberdeen, I want to list all the companies with an AB post code.

Hi,
yes you can. You can also sort by City, Country, and much much more.
1. Go to Groups screen.
2. There you have Virtual groups tab at the bottom. Select it.
3. There in the list of virtual groups use Post code.
4. The list of contacts will be orgines in sections where each section will be Post code and contacts under section for that post code.
Let me know if this helped you.
Cheers
