Synchronize your Facebook friends with Mac address book
Match report Unmatched section
This section contains information on your Facebook friends for which the application neither found exact match in your Address Book nor created any suggestions.
However, it is still possible to sync these friends with your contacts by manually linking them with contacts from your Address Book by using the button Choose from Contacts list.
This button will enable you to see a window with the list of contacts. There you can search for a contact or scroll the list until you find the contact that you want to linked with the friend item. You can double click on the contacts row on the list to display its details. To link the contact with the selected unmatched friend, choose Select from the contacts list window or tick its box on the list. By doing that the link data will appear in the contact detail section under the unmatched friend’s name. There you will see the full name of the contact that your friend’s data should be linked with. If you want to check the linked contact’s data again, choose Quick look icon on the top right corner of the linked contact box or to unlink it by selecting the unlink button . Help button will provide you the description of all these three buttons in on popup bubble window.
If you selected the unmatched friend for syncing (by selecting its sync box in the list) but that unmatched friend does not have linked contact selected, it mens it will be added as new entry in your Address Book with data collected from the selected friend. This way you can import friends data to your Address Book.
It is important to tick the sync box for the selected item in the list on the left side of the window to mark the item for syncing.
